A few things to know before the first frame.
01 /How do I book a session with Noir Studios?
Use BOOK NOW to send your session details to NOIR Studios. We’ll personally follow up about availability, a tailored quote, and next steps. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking.
02 /Is a retainer required to secure my session?
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure a confirmed session. Details and any remaining balance will be explained during booking and reflected in your agreement.
03 /When will I receive my photographs?
Typical delivery is 7–10 business days for standard sessions and 2–3 weeks for larger events. Final images are delivered in a private online gallery. Timing can vary with project scope; any relevant details will be discussed with the client.
04 /Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
If weather, illness, an emergency or another reasonable circumstance requires rescheduling, contact Noir Studios as soon as possible. The studio will make a reasonable effort to offer another available date. For cancellations or no-shows, the retainer may be forfeited, and booking a new session may require a new retainer. The signed agreement governs.
05 /What if I arrive late?
Please arrive on time and prepared. A late arrival may still result in the session ending at its originally scheduled time. Extra time, if available at the studio’s discretion, may involve additional fees.
06 /Do you travel to sessions and events?
Yes. Noir Studios photographs at prearranged locations and travels to venues for events and special occasions. Location and travel needs are discussed during your inquiry; travel is generally incorporated into the personalized quote rather than shown as a separate standard fee.
07 /I feel awkward in front of the camera. Will you guide me?
Absolutely. We’ll offer direction and guidance throughout the session to help you feel comfortable while keeping the photographs natural and authentic.
